Delivery
- When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order to your delivery address, within 1 to 7 working days of a confirmed payment. To ensure your orders are delivered safe and secure, iBOOD have recently started shipping with one of the worlds´ prestigious parcel delivery services, UPS. This also means that you'll be able to track & trace your order as soon as it has left our warehouse. After your order has been dispatched, your track & trace code will become available on the "My iBOOD" section of the website.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that an order will be delivered on a precise time. We therefore advice you to use a convenient delivery address, where someone is readily available to receive the order
- Can I still change the delivery address after my order has been submitted?
Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address after your order has been submitted. We therefore advise you to carefully think about the delivery address, before confirming your order. If you are not available at home throughout the day, you may prefer to use a work address, neighbour or even a relative.
- Can I collect my order in person?
Unfortunately it is not possible to collect your order in person. This is because iBOOD have numerous warehouses located throughout Europe and it is not possible to make exceptions. All orders will be shipped safely through UPS to ensure your products arrive quickly and in one piece.
- How can I check the status of my order?
Within the "My iBOOD" section of your account, you can check with the status of your order. You will find an overview of all your orders and their current status'. It is also possible to track & trace these orders, and make an estimation for the arrival of your parcel.
- What happens if I'm away when you deliver?
If there was nobody at home to receive your parcel, the UPS courier will leave a note containing a contact number. This number will then allow you to arrange for redelivery, at a more convenient time.
