| How to order |
- You can order your iBOOD of the day by simply clicking on the “I’ll take it” button on the frontpage of the website.
If you already have an account with iBOOD, you can use your log in on the order page to access the information you filled in before.
Don’t have an account yet? No problem! Just submit a user name while placing the order and your account will be created automatically. Fill in the delivery address and select the secured payment method you desire.
TIP: most employers also allow delivery at your work address.
That’s it! Your order has been placed and the product will reach you within 5 working days.

| How do I create an iBOOD
account? |
- It is easy to create an iBOOD account by filling in your
email address, name and password under the heading "your
iBOOD". Choose "create an account". With this
account you can participate in the forum. If you want to place
an order, fill in your personal details and method of payment.
Only one account is possible for each email address.

| What does iBOOD use my
email address for? |
- We use your email address for the confirmation of your
order, settling the guarantee and to keep you informed regarding
the status of your order.

| How many products can I
buy? |
- There is a maximum number of products (4) per order per
account. Delivery is free of charge for every second article
ordered. Calculation; 4 products equals 2 times delivery
charges. Of course the order will not be delivered to four
different addresses. So if the orders include products for
grandmothers, brothers, grand children or friends, they can
collect the order from you!

| How do I login? |
- You can login by going to the tab 'your iBOOD' and filling
in your details. You only have to give your user name and
password for this. Is that all? Yes, we don't make things more
difficult than they need to be.

| Are the prices shown incl.
VAT? |
- Yes the prices shown include VAT.

| Which methods of payment
can I choose from? |
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Dinersclub

During the payment procedure you can fill in your credit card
number and expiry date of the card. Make sure that you fill in
the name exactly as shown on the card. Your payment is then
authorised online, so that you know directly whether or not it
is approved. You can securely pay for your order using all usual
online methods of payments. NB.: This website is the property of
Silver Ocean BV, and therefore the name "Silver Ocean
B.V" will appear on your statement.
- Transfer (payment in advance)
When using this method the total sum of your order must be
transferred, stating your order number and surname. You will
find the payment details in the order confirmation, which will
be sent to you by email. If the amount has been transferred to
our account within 3 working days of the order, your order will
be dispatched to the stated delivery address within 5 working
days (of receipt of payment). In other words the quicker you
pay, the quicker your order will be dispatched.

| I don't have a credit card
what can I do? |
- Then it's high time you applied for one! However, if you
don't expect to make use of a credit card in the future, simply
select one of the other methods of payment offered by the site.

| Can I deposit the amount of
the order? |
- Yes this is possible. Select the method of payment
‘transfer’ and follow the instructions in the order confirmation
email.
