When will I receive my order?
  • You will receive your order on average 1 to 5 days after confirmation. A courier will deliver your order to the delivery address stated by you.
Can I collect the order?
  • No, you cannot collect the order. The courier will try to deliver the package two or three times. If you are away from home at these times, follow the instructions left by the courier. These will indicate when the product will be delivered again or where you can collect the order.
Are packages also delivered during the weekend?
  • This is entirely dependent upon whether or not your courier has had a heavy Friday afternoon at the pub. It is most likely that delivery will only take place during working days.
How will the package be delivered if I'm not at home?
  • If there is no one at home to receive your package a note will be left for you. The courier will try to deliver again the next day. Still not at home? The second note will contain instructions regarding when the package will be delivered again or where you can collect it.
What are the delivery costs for my country?
  • For your country the delivery costs are € 12,50, regardless the weight and the size of the ordered product. iBOOD pays the postage charges for every second item you order. This means that if you have ordered two articles you only pay postage charges once for the whole order!
My order is damaged on arrival, what do I do now:
  • If the packaging is damaged on arrival, communicate this to the courier delivering your order before you sign for receipt. He shall enter a statement regarding this into the distributor’s system. Keep us informed via our customerservice@ibood.com so that we can assist you if necessary.
After opening the packaging I discovered a defect in my order. What happens now?
  • After receiving the order we will determine whether or not there is question of a DOA. If iBOOD.COM establishes that there is question of a DOA, we will send you a new example by registered mail free of charge and we will of course compensate you for the delivery charges you incurred. Don't forget to state and check your bank or giro number in the accompanying email.

    If, on receipt, an article cannot be connected or is damaged, we refer to a DOA ("Dead On Arrival"). DOAs hardly or never occur. Should you receive a DOA, then please inform the iBOOD.com complaints desk by email as soon as the defect is discovered, or within 1 working day. The email address for this is customerservice@ibood.com. You must then return the entire order (including all the parts), in its original undamaged packaging. The postage must be fully prepaid. The address for the returned product depends upon the product and you are therefore notified of it by email.
