| How can I return a product? |
- Although iBOOD.com delivers several products every day in perfect condition, it can, of course, always happen that there is some defect in your order item either on arrival or soon after. Should the defect occur on receipt of the order or within the warranty period, we will naturally solve the problem as soon as possible!

If you want to return a product, you are requested to first contact the the RMA department of iBOOD.com. They will help you to sort the problem out quickly. The RMA Department of iBOOD.com is accessible at the following address:

In order to make the returning process as quick as possible, you are requested to fill in the ‘Declaration Form for Return, Warranty and Repair’ completely and e-mail it to rma [at]ibood.com. You will then receive an e-mail giving you the procedure for returning the product you have ordered.

We request you to please ensure the following:

Make sure that the product is truly defective and that there has been no accidental usage error. The manual usually contains tips for troubleshooting as well.
- Check if you need to establish contact directly with the repair centre of the manufacturer. This information is available in the user’s guide and/or the warranty slip that comes with the product. You would then need to follow the warranty procedure of the manufacturer.
- iBOOD.com can only take up those products for handling that cannot be returned directly to the manufacturer or supplier. Please, therefore, always send in the completed ‘Declaration Form for Return, Warranty and Repair’ to the RMA helpdesk at rma [at] ibood.com so that we can give you information about the warranty procedure to be followed.
- Important!
Once you have contacted the RMA Helpdesk of iBOOD.com you will receive information regarding where the product is to be sent and how best to send it. Please follow these instructions accurately in order to avoid misunderstandings.
After establishing contact with the RMA helpdesk, if you need to return a shipment, please send it adequately stamped and, in case of a shipment value exceeding € 250.00, also insured. We recommend that you retain the bar-coded registration of shipment so that you can track the shipment. iBOOD is not responsible for the loss of or damage to shipments during transport. Please ensure therefore, that the shipment is suitably packed.
If after contact with the RMA helpdesk it is agreed that the package is to be sent to iBOOD.com, please ensure, in this case as well, that the package is adequately stamped and, in case of a shipment value exceeding € 250.00, also insured. iBOOD cannot accept a collect shipment and an unstamped package will automatically be rejected.
Repairing of a product takes on average two to four weeks. iBOOD.com has no influence whatsoever on this period and cannot speed it up. iBOOD.com does not undertake to handle products that have not been purchased at iBOOD.com.
When the product has been successfully repaired, we will send the product directly to the address you have given us. It can always happen that the product is not repaired but replaced. Please keep this in mind especially with regard to data carriers like hard drives etc. Any damage to products caused by carelessness or negligence (for instance due to water damage or a fall) is not covered by the warranty.

| Is there a guarantee on
products purchased? |
- All products have a minimum guarantee of 1 year. Together
with your order you always receive a guarantee document
containing all the necessary instructions. Happily, iBOOD only
offers quality products, defects rarely if ever occur! Keep your
purchase receipt safely, you need this for the guarantee
procedure.

| Who pays postage charges
for repairs? |
- The owner of the product pays the postage charges for
sending the defective product to iBOOD or to the reparation
centre. If the product is within its term of guarantee then
iBOOD will pay for the return of the product. If the product is
no longer within its term of guarantee, it will be returned
C.O.D.
