How to order
  • You can order your iBOOD of the day by simply clicking on the “I’ll take it” button on the frontpage of the website.

    If you already have an account with iBOOD, you can use your log in on the order page to access the information you filled in before.

    Don’t have an account yet? No problem! Just submit a user name while placing the order and your account will be created automatically. Fill in the delivery address and select the secured payment method you desire.

    TIP: most employers also allow delivery at your work address.

    That’s it! Your order has been placed and the product will reach you within 5 working days.
How do I create an iBOOD account?
  • It is easy to create an iBOOD account. Click on the header "your iBOOD" and then on "create an account". Here you can fill in an email address and a nickname and that's all! A password will then be sent by email, and with this nickname and password you can participate in the forum. If you want to place an order, simply log in with the same nickname and password, fill in your personal details and choose a method of payment.
What will iBOOD use my email address for?
  • We use your email address for the confirmation of your order, settling the guarantee and to keep you informed regarding the status of your orders.
How many products can I buy?
  • There is a maximum number of 4 products per order per account. For every second item ordered, no delivery costs will be charged. A short calculation; an order of 4 products equals 2 times delivery charges. Of course the order will not be delivered to four different addresses. So if the orders include products for grandmothers, brothers, grand children or friends, they can collect the items at your place!
How do I login?
  • You can log in by going to the tab 'your iBOOD' and filling in your details. You only have to give your user name and password for this. Is that all? Yes, we don't like to make things more difficult than they need to be.
Are the prices shown incl. VAT?
  • Yes the prices shown include VAT.
Which methods of payment can I choose from?
  • Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Dinersclub
    During the payment procedure you can fill in your credit card number and expiry date of the card. Make sure that you fill in the name exactly as shown on the card. Your payment is then authorised online, so that you know directly whether or not it is approved. The online credit card payments all take place in a secure environment. NB.: This website is the property of Silver Ocean BV, and therefore the name "Silver Ocean B.V" will appear on your statement.
  • Transfer (payment in advance)
  • When using this method the total sum of your order must be transferred, stating your order number and surname. You will find the payment details in the order confirmation, which will be sent to you by email. If the total amount has been transferred to our account within 3 workdays, the order will be dispatched to the stated delivery address, within 5 working days after receipt of payment. In other words; the quicker you pay, the quicker your order will be dispatched.
I don't have a credit card what can I do?
  • Then it's time you applied for one! However, if you don't have or want to have a credit card, simply select one of the other methods of payment offered on the website.
Can I deposit the amount of the order?
  • Yes this is possible. Select the method of payment ‘transfer’ and follow the instructions in the order confirmation email.
