How can I order on iBOOD.com?
Please first select the website of the country you live in. Then you can order your iBOOD of the day through clicking on the "I'll take it!" button on the iBOOD of the day page.

If you are already a member then log in onto your account and fill out your details in the order screen.I am new to iBOOD
We welcome you to iBOOD and to enable you to order the offer of the day you first need to submit an username and a password. An account will be created with which you can complete your order. Furthermore fill out your order details in the order screen.After you have paid your order you will receive an order confirmation on the email address that you use in your account. In the ‘My iBOOD’ section you will see the order as well.

How do I pay?
After you filled out the order details you will have to choose one of the available payment methods. As soon as you have chosen one you will be forwarded over a secure HTTPS connection to a page where you can fill in the details of the payment method you selected. Before you fill in any details, always check if you are still on a secure HTTPS website. If this is the case then please follow all instructions given during the payment process and do not close the windows before the payment has been finalized. As soon as you have successfully finished you payment you will be returned to the iBOOD website where you will see a confirmation in case your payment was successful.
N.B. Never close the browser before you have returned to the iBOOD website. Only when you have returned to the iBOOD confirmation page we can finish your order.
NB.: This website is the property of Silver Ocean BV, and therefore the name "Silver Ocean B.V" will appear on your statement.
Normally we ask you to pay in advance via the payment methods we offer, however, it is possible to pay at delivery if you choose the payment method ‘cash on delivery’.

Is paying on iBOOD safe and secure?
Ordering with iBOOD ensures quick, easy, and above all secure payment. As well as the opportunity to pay by transfer, iBOOD offers a variety of methods for electronic payment. For the credit card payments we use the Payment Service Provider Ogone and of course the entire payment process is governed within a secure "https" environment.
- Which payment methods can I choose?
We offer you the following payment methods:
- Credit card
- Maestro (only United Kingdom)
- Directebanking (only United Kingdom)
- PayPalCredit Card (all countries)
We accept Master Card and Visa card. Simply choose your preferred credit card during the payment process. After choosing your preference you will be redirected to a secured page of our Payment Service Provider Ogone, where you fill out the requested details. Your payment is then authorized online. Since iBOOD does everything to make payments as secure as possible we have chosen to facilitate a 3D secure credit card payment. This means all possible fraud checks will be done and therefore you might be asked for a security code to approve the Credit Card payment. After the payment approval you will be forwarded to our website.Your credit card must be issued in the same country as the invoice and delivery address, otherwise you cannot use your credit card. This is due to fraud prevention.
Maestro (only United Kingdom)
You can also pay with your bank card or credit card using the payment method Maestro. Check the website www.maestrocard.com to see if your bank supports this method. If not supported you need to choose one of the other payment methods that are being offered by us for your country. To be able to use this payment method you also need a personal card reader which generates a Securecode for approving the payment. When you purchase your order and you click on this payment method you will get a new screen in which you have to fill out your details or the generated Securecode. After finalizing your payment you will be forwarded to our website again.Directebanking (Only United Kingdom)
DIRECTebanking is the direct payment method of Payment Network AG. DIRECTebanking allows you to directly and automatically trigger a credit transfer during your online purchase with your online banking information. DIRECTebanking.com has been certified by the largest German quality and security institute, the TÜV, according to best-practice data privacy standards. There is no need for an additional registration or a credit card. It works simply, secure and fast with your online banking account. You can check their site, www.payment-network.com, if your bank account can be used with Directebanking.PayPal
Another option is to pay by PayPal. Use your credit card, bank account or your PayPal account for the payment.- Create a PayPal account and register your bank account or credit card
- Your accounts will be connected
- Fill out the iBOOD e-mail address as recipient, your own e-mail address as sender and the amount due.
- After you have approved the payment, PayPal will deduct the amount from your PayPal account, credit card or bank account.
PayPal is a worldwide operating company that offers a secure internet payment method.

Please notice that we are not responsible for the actual payment process and procedures. Your credit card company, bank, PayPal or other organization is responsible for this. If an error occurs in this part of the order process you can contact us, but we cannot always solve the issue. Often the issue needs to be solved by one of the organizations mentioned above. If you want to know more about the security preventions your Credit Card Company or Bank Company, PayPal, iDEAL or Platnosci.pl has taken, please check their website.Note 2:
It is possible that the payment confirmation has not been received by us before the end of the offer. If this happens we cannot generate a correct order in our system although you will receive an order number. After receiving the confirmation we will make a full refund. -
Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel order free of charge before it will be processed or dispatched by our warehouse. If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will have to pay for the return costs yourself. The cancellation has to be requested within 7 working days after delivery.
You can request your cancellation in ‘My iBOOD’. Please select the order you want to cancel and follow the instructions carefully. Otherwise we won’t be able to process your request correctly.

Which delivery address can I choose?
You can choose any address for delivery of your order except a P.O. Box. We must advise you to choose an appropriate address for available collection. In case you are not at home during the day, you may choose to deliver to a work/relatives address. For us to deliver to a work address, please state the name of the company you work at.
To prevent delays in the delivery process, please check that you have the correct address details and that you didn’t choose a P.O. Box.

Can I change the delivery address?
As long as your order is not being processed yet or has not been dispatched already, you are able to change the delivery address. Please go to ‘My iBOOD’ and select the order for which you want to change the delivery address.
It might be possible that our warehouse starts to process your order at the same time you request to change the delivery address. In these case we are not able the alteration anymore. Your order will then be delivered at the original delivery address. As soon as you receive the shipping confirmation you could request for an alteration with the carrier.

Can I order in any country?
No unfortunately this is not possible. You can only order in the country you live and in which you want to have your order delivered. So it is not possible to order something in The Netherlands and have it be delivered in Germany for example.
Due to safety requirements there is also a limitation with the use of a credit card. You can only use a credit card that has been issued in the country in which you live, place your order and get your iBOOD offer delivered.

How many products can I order?
You can place a maximum of 4 orders per product offer, with a maximum of 4 items per order (in other words, you can buy a maximum of 16 items). These limits were set up to prevent a small group of iBOOD'ians to purchase our entire stock; because when we're sold out, it really means we're sold out.

Can I choose my carrier?
No this is not possible. We select the carrier for the shipment of your order. This will be done by either UPS, TNT or PostNL. In some case these carriers contract local carriers to deliver the order.

Is the Waste Disposal Fee (WEEE) included in the prices?
Yes, all our prices are including the legal waste disposal fee (WEEE). You do not have to pay anything extra for this. In all countries where iBOOD is active, the waste disposal fee is paid to the local authorities that are responsible for the recycling of all electrical and electronic equipment.

Do all the prices include VAT?
Yes we like to keep it very simple. The prices of our offers include VAT. With the VAT-number on the invoice you can claim the VAT with your local TAX office, because for each country we have VAT entity. Therefore we do not provide invoices with an 0% tax-rate.

What do I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation mail?
First check your ‘My iBOOD’ section to see if your order is published within ‘My iBOOD Orders’. When you can see your order here it means that your order has been successfully submitted. Please check the spam box of your email account, the confirmation mail could be in here. In case you have several email accounts that you use for ordering on our site, please check the other email accounts as well, because it could be possible that you placed the order while using one of the other accounts.
At the moment that you haven’t received a confirmation and you cannot see your order in ‘My iBOOD’ please contact our Customer Service department. Not receiving a confirmation mail could indicate that your order hasn’t been successfully submitted, despite a successful charge on your bank account, credit card or PayPal account.

I have paid but still I have no order?
An order can only be finalized in our systems when we receive a confirmation of payment in time. This confirmation is sent by your bank, Credit Card Company or the PayPal organization. Normally this is done very quickly but unfortunately sometimes it can happen that we don’t receive this confirmation before the daily offer on our website is closed. If we don’t receive it in time an order can’t be finalized in our system but the amount could still be deducted by your bank, Credit Card Company or the PayPal organization. This doesn’t necessarily mean that you have successfully placed an order. Therefore you need the order confirmation.
In case you have been charged for the amount due, please contact our Customer Service department. They will help you with the case and refund the money. You can submit your request by using the contact form on our website.

Do I have to pay the amount on the invoice that I receive with the package?
Only if you have ordered with payment method Cash on Delivery. Otherwise you do not have to pay the amount as mentioned on the invoice.

Can I order the iBOOD offer while using a company account and VAT-number?
Yes this is possible. We offer the possibility to create a commercial company account. When you choose for this option you can also provide your VAT-number. This will be published on your invoice together with your company name. This can’t be changed after you have placed an order.

How do I use a coupon code?
When you have received a coupon code by e-mail (for example Member Get Member) or on our Twitter or Facebook page you can copy them into the designated field in the ordering process. The code can either be for free shipping or a reduction on the purchase price. You can only use the code once. Please do check carefully for the expiration date of the coupon.

I have tried to use a coupon code and something went wrong, what do I have to do now?
When you tried to submit an order while using a coupon code and something went wrong it is possible that your coupon code is deactivated or that you receive the message that the code already has been used. In these cases we ask you to contact the Customer Service via our contact form on our website.

I see a product on the product forum that I want to buy, why is this not possible?
iBOOD is a daily deal site. Every day from 00.00 till 23.59 hours we offer one product, per country. This is the only product you can buy that day. When the daily offer has expired it is not possible to order this offer anymore.

I lost my invoice, what can I do?
Please login onto your “My iBood” account, go to “My iBOOD orders” and click on the order number of which you want to have the invoice. In the next screen you will find the possibility to reprint the invoice. This invoice will contain the header Copy because it is not the original anymore. Original invoices are only sent once. If you can’t print your invoice, please contact the Customer Service via the contact form on our website.
