Product information
The Technivolt 101 charging station makes fast and safe charging at home possible.
In contrast, charging at a conventional socket is not only associated with significantly longer charging times, but also with a high safety risk.
For private charging at home
Having your own wallbox at home also offers you another major advantage over public charging stations: You can choose your own electricity provider and therefore the electricity price for charging your electric car.
Versatile placement options
The installation options for the Technivolt 101 are as numerous as the advantages. It can be installed under the carport, in the garage or underground car park and even in the driveway - in other words, wherever you park your electric car. For those who do not want to or are not allowed to damage the structure of a wall (third-party property), the Technivolt 101 can also be installed on a pillar.
Permanently integrated charging cable
The Technivolt 101 charging station has a permanently installed, 5 m long type 2 charging cable. You therefore do not need to connect a separate charging cable to start the charging process. If you have a portable charging cable, this can be conveniently left in the boot and does not need to be packed and unpacked. The cable permanently installed on the wallbox is simply reconnected to the charging station after the charging process - regardless of whether it has been caught in the rain or dirt.
Fast charging with 11 kW
With the charging power of 11 kW, you can charge an electric vehicle with a larger battery capacity quickly and effectively. The usual recommendation is to charge an electric car with a remaining battery capacity of approx. 20 % up to approx. 80 % of the total battery capacity.
Protected by RFID card
If the e-charging station is freely accessible in the driveway or carport, it makes sense to provide access protection to prevent unauthorised persons from charging. You can use a variety of RFID cards on the Technivolt 101 charging station. Two RFID cards are already included in the scope of delivery to enable convenient and secure charging after prior authorisation. You can use any additional RFID cards at any time.
Protected against wind and weather
The flexible use of the Technivolt 101 is not least due to the nature of its housing. The wallbox is exposed to various external influences, not just pure rainwater. Dust or even unauthorised handling can also lead to a reduction in charging performance or damage to the wallbox. The Technivolt 101 is therefore certified with protection class IP54. It is well and securely encapsulated on the outside and optimally protected against dust, unwanted contact and splash water.
Subsidy options
The Technivolt 101 is eligible for funding under various programmes in Germany and especially in North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as under a funding campaign in Austria. In NRW, the progres.nrw funding guideline supports the purchase and installation of charging infrastructure in the private sector.
Only subject to registration
For the 11 kW Technivolt 101 charging station, registration with the energy supplier is sufficient in accordance with the VDE guidelines. Unlike charging stations with a higher charging capacity, such as wallboxes with 22 kW, authorisation is not required.
